The importance of preventing COMPASSION FATIGUE

Compassion fatigue is a common occurrence with INFJ’s, empaths, introverts or anybody who is in a caring role. That’s why it’s so important to look after yourself. Because if you burn out, then you cannot show up as your best self when you’re caring for others.
